Whether we've worked together before or this is our first time, I'm excited to help you create photographs that reflect where your business is today and where you're headed next.

Your Brand Refresh is about more than updating a few headshots. We're creating a versatile collection of photographs that supports your marketing, highlights what makes your business different, and gives you fresh ways to connect with your audience.

Think of this as an opportunity to celebrate how far you've come while creating something exciting for what's ahead!

What this is

Your 2027 Brand Refresh is designed to build on what you've already accomplished, with fresh photographs that support where your business is headed next.

We're not trying to squeeze an entire commercial campaign, five locations, and every idea you've ever had into two hours. That's what bigger production days are for!

But here's what we ARE doing:

  • Planning intentionally around your current business goals

  • Creating variety with thoughtful outfits, props, and settings

  • Highlighting what's new while staying true to your brand

  • Capturing photographs you'll actually use across your marketing

Whether we're building on our previous work together or starting fresh, we'll focus on creating a versatile collection of images that works for your business today and well into 2027.

What we’re aiming for

The goal is simple:

Create photographs that reflect how far your business has come and help you show up confidently and consistently as you grow.

That might look like:

  • Fresh imagery for your website

  • New content for social media and marketing

  • Photographs that highlight new services, products, or milestones

  • A cohesive collection that reflects where your business is headed next

We're not trying to photograph everything in two hours.

We're focusing on what will make the biggest impact for your business in 2027.

Before your session

You don’t need to over-prepare for your Refresh Session, but a little direction makes a big difference. Click through the steps below for more details.

  • About 2 months before (if time allows), schedule a pre-session Zoom call with me. We’ll review how your business has grown and changed, and why it needs updated photos.

  • Ask yourself:

    • Where will these images live first?

    • What do I need more of right now?

    • Why have I been avoiding posting because I don’t have photos?

    • What best communicates what we do as a business going into 2027?

    If you come in knowing this, everything clicks faster. If you need some help with these questions, shoot me an email. My team and I will help you brainstorm ideas!

  • A few quick guidelines:

    • Stick to 3-4 outfits

    • Choose pieces you feel confident and comfortable in

    • Keep it aligned with your brand, especially your colors (not just what’s trendy)

    • Avoid loud patterns or distracting logos

    If you wouldn’t wear it to meet a client, skip it. You don’t have to wear a ball gown. I lean towards cute and business casual.

  • If they fit your work, I love a good prop or model!

    Examples of props:

    • Laptop, notebook, camera, phone, social tools
    • Product samples
    • Packaging or branded materials
    • Anything you naturally use in your business

    If it feels forced, leave it at home.
    We want real, not staged.

What to expect

DURING YOUR SESSION

You know the drill! Well, most of you do. And if this is our first time working together, don't worry, I've got you!

Here’s the truth:
You still don't need to know how to pose. That's my job!

I'll guide you throughout our session, just like before, while leaving plenty of room for natural moments, laughter, and creative ideas we might discover along the way.

The goal is to create a fresh collection of photographs that reflects where your business is today and where you're headed next.

And yes, you're absolutely allowed to laugh, be a little goofy, and have fun. I encourage it!

TIMING MATTERS

(and we'll stick to our plan... mostly!)

We've already done the creative planning, and now it's time to bring everything together!

A few reminders to help us make the most of our two hours:

  • Arrive on time and ready to begin.

  • Have your outfits, products, and props organized.

  • Complete hair and makeup before our start time.

  • Keep outfit changes quick and easy.

  • Trust our plan, but leave room for spontaneous creativity!

Two hours goes quickly, and I want to make sure we're spending that time creating rather than searching for the other shoe you swore you packed. 😂

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Now it's time to put those new photographs to work!

You'll receive an online proofing gallery to select your favorites, followed by your professionally edited, high-resolution images.

From there, you can:

  • Refresh your website

  • Create fresh social media content

  • Promote new products or services

  • Update your marketing materials

  • Show off how much your business has grown!

And with your Personal Brand Visibility Portal, you'll have a little extra guidance to make the most of your photographs throughout 2027!

How to get the most out of these photos

This is the part most people miss.

Don’t just post one photo and move on.

Use your images across:

  • Instagram posts + reels (Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, etc.)

  • Website updates

  • Email newsletters

  • Email signature

  • Launch graphics

  • Profile photos

  • Marketing materials

You didn't invest in professional photography just to use a handful of images! You've got a whole collection of photographs ready to work for your business, so let's make the most of them.
